- Rentals are available year round.
- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
- There is a 3 night minimum.
- To all rates add a (11%) tax and $90.00 cleaning fee.
- We require a $250.00 security deposit in addition to the rental fee.
- The security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory condition of the townhouse upon check-out.
- The rental fee is due 4 weeks before your check-in date.
- Rentals are confirmed upon receipt of completed rental contract and security deposit.
