Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Rental includes check-in and check-out maid service. Please add 10% Florida Lodging Tax. There is a $250 deposit required to confirm reservation, which reverts to a damage deposit upon check-in. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to check-in to allow time for us to mail keys, parking passes, directions, etc. Damage deposit returned upon return of keys. Cancellation policy: 30 days or more before check in - full refund of deposit,15 - 29 days before check in - 1/2 refund of deposit, anything 14 days or under  - no refund of deposit.
